Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels. Manage budgets, develop strategies, run A/B tests and CRO, track KPIs tied to MQLs and revenue, launch new campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive qualified pipeline for a B2B SaaS product.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market B2B SaaS accounts, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification through demonstrations, negotiation, and contract close. Build pipeline, maintain 3–4x quota coverage, meet monthly revenue targets, update Salesforce, and provide forecasts. Conduct consultative discovery, tailor product presentations, manage pricing discussions, collaborate with internal teams, monitor competitors, and deliver customer and market insights. Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Handle high volume inbound customer calls, troubleshoot account issues, generate sales leads, meet sales and call quotas, document interactions, resolve complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction following company procedures.

Owns end-to-end revenue enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams. Responsibilities include stakeholder discovery, learning strategy, project planning, content development, live training delivery, onboarding and ramp program ownership, and performance measurement. The role manages multiple concurrent initiatives, maintains project plans, creates training materials, uses data to improve programs, and applies AI tools such as Claude to accelerate content development, planning, and analysis.

Owns revenue operations forecasting, commission modeling, pipeline analysis, dashboards, and recurring GTM reporting. Maintains Salesforce reporting infrastructure and account data quality, validates operational metrics, analyzes pipeline trends, and delivers actionable recommendations to leadership. Partners on account scoring methodology and uses AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows.

Drive net-new pipeline via high-volume outbound (cold calls, email, social) into mid-market and enterprise heavy-duty repair shops. Book qualified meetings, hit activity and SQL targets, research and personalize outreach, manage cadences in Salesforce, qualify leads for AEs, iterate on talk tracks, and continuously improve via coaching and data.
