Manage a pooled portfolio of small-to-mid customers to drive adoption and retention. Drive net-new pipeline via high-volume outbound (cold calls, email, social) into mid-market and enterprise heavy-duty repair shops. Book qualified meetings, hit activity and SQL targets, research and personalize outreach, manage cadences in Salesforce, qualify leads for AEs, iterate on talk tracks, and continuously improve via coaching and data.

Lead individual contributor responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling demos, managing follow-up in Salesforce, and maintaining outreach cadences.
