The Sports Science Internship provides hands-on experience in performance coaching and sports science, involving data collection and athlete analysis related to strength and conditioning.

Generate leads and sell fitness memberships by assessing prospect needs, delivering personalized tours, promoting center services through outreach and promotions, building relationships with local communities and businesses, driving member retention and referrals, and delivering excellent customer service to support center profitability.

Oversee day-to-day program operations, maintain and implement internal products and systems, manage client/vendor integrations, act as escalation point for client services and membership support, manage membership/security access, identify and resolve inefficiencies, collaborate on enrollment and auditing projects, and perform assigned operational tasks.

Interns will learn from experts, shadow coaching, refine skills, and gain knowledge in performance training and nutrition at Exos.
