Improve articles by analyzing front-line calls, manage document lifecycle in record management systems, and ensure regulatory and policy alignment.

Design, implement, and optimize secure, cost-effective AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3). Maintain IaC with Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk), security/compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, FFIEC), disaster recovery, incident RCA, and participate in 24/7 on-call. Support audits, documentation, and cross-functional delivery of production systems.
