The Staff Site Reliability Engineer leads reliability, resilience, scalability, observability, and operational readiness across multiple production services and engineering teams. Owns enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through discovery, executive alignment, solution development, negotiation, and contract execution. Builds executive relationships, develops pursuit strategies and pipelines, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, delivers business cases and presentations, manages commercial negotiations, gathers market intelligence, and transitions signed partners to implementation and account management teams.

Develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains complex Java software applications and web services using Spring Boot. Designs RESTful services, queries SQL databases, manages Git workflows, reviews code, builds automated CI/CD tests, troubleshoots defects, and contributes to secure software engineering practices.
