The role partners with sales engineering, product, operations, construction, and implementation teams while managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships.

Leads the strategy, growth, and execution of managed connectivity and data-services sales across multifamily, hospitality, student housing, senior living, and other property-based markets. Manages and coaches account executives, develops strategic accounts, oversees complex consultative sales cycles, maintains pipeline and forecast discipline in Salesforce, coordinates solution design and implementation, and drives customer adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.

Leads the Commercial Provisioning and Advanced Service Delivery organization, overseeing implementation and activation of advanced telecommunications, cloud, voice, data, networking, and security services. Manages team performance, service delivery standards, KPIs, workflows, escalations, operational risk, process improvements, customer onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Customer Success, and Technical Support.

Prospects and qualifies small and mid-sized business leads through phone, in-person, and creative outreach. Presents customized broadband and voice solutions, manages the full sales cycle, builds relationships with business customers and community partners, identifies upgrades and growth opportunities, and consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.

Develop and manage relationships with local business and enterprise customers while selling B2B telecommunications services. Responsibilities include prospecting through cold calls, referrals, and other lead-generation methods; maintaining a sales funnel; upgrading existing accounts; resolving customer issues; networking in the community; and meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

Leads the strategy, design, and execution of sales training for residential and business sales teams. Manages trainers and instructional designers, develops onboarding and continuous-learning programs, establishes coaching frameworks, measures training effectiveness through analytics, and supports product, CRM, and sales technology training.
