Support and continuously improve the secure software development lifecycle across cloud-native and on-premises products. Responsibilities include threat modeling, security reviews, vulnerability assessments, secure architecture guidance, DevSecOps enablement, secure coding training, security tool management, analysis of testing outputs, remediation guidance, and development of secure frameworks and controls.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Amplify Fusion, an enterprise integration, API management, and AI orchestration platform. Lead customer discovery, competitive positioning, prioritization, release planning, and go-to-market readiness. Partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, and Support while managing cross-platform dependencies. Represent the product with strategic customers, analysts, and industry audiences, using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions.

Leads global IT helpdesk operations across regions and time zones, ensuring SLA compliance and consistent service delivery. Administers and optimizes ITSM platforms, designs workflows and automation, maintains ITIL practices, analyzes performance metrics, and drives process improvement. Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, mentors regional helpdesk leads, coordinates with technical teams, and reports global service insights to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities for complex IT solutions. Manage forecasts, customer data, revenue commitments, sales strategies, executive relationships, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with account executives and strategic partners. The role requires strong hunting skills, CRM experience, and fluent Dutch and English communication in a hybrid Bucharest setting.

Drive enterprise sales of Axway’s integration software, including MFT, API, and managed cloud solutions. Build and expand customer relationships, create sales pipelines, manage lengthy B2B sales cycles, exceed quotas, and lead executive-level product presentations. Partner with Product, Presales, Services, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing teams while selling across healthcare, supply chain, banking, and public-sector accounts.

Own strategic customer relationships across Axway’s managed cloud and SaaS business, driving adoption, retention, expansion, upsells, and cross-sells. Develop customer success plans, monitor revenue and satisfaction KPIs, lead business reviews, document account activity, and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and professional services teams. The role requires executive-level communication, strong organization, problem-solving, and experience managing complex technology customers.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle administration, Workday transactions, HR data governance, payroll inputs, employee requests, compliance, and occupational health and safety coordination. Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with HR, legal, HRIS, and payroll partners.
