Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts ($5,000+). Create individualized engagement plans, develop donor proposals with colleagues, track interactions in CRM, produce monthly reports, attend events and community engagements, and support fundraising strategies and special projects.

Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns promoting WPSU programming, services, events, fundraising, and community impact. Creates content for email, websites, social media, digital advertising, print, and presentations; manages social channels and email campaigns; coordinates creative assets and campaign timelines; maintains brand standards; analyzes performance; conducts audience research; and supports outreach to new and underserved audiences.

Produce, write, edit and publish timely multimedia news content for web, radio and social platforms. Optimize stories for audience engagement, manage feeds and app alerts, create audio/video/photo/text packages on tight deadlines, support newsletters and partner sharing, and work nights/weekends as newsroom scheduling requires.

Lead and supervise reporters and editors to produce daily and breaking news across audio, video and digital platforms. Assign and edit stories, fact-check, plan special coverage, train staff, conduct performance reviews, coordinate cross-team content, and be available for nights and weekends as needed.

Report on Pennsylvania education in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, producing 2–3 digital and audio stories weekly. Research, cultivate sources, pitch ideas, file breaking news and features, learn/produce audio, take photos/videos, and promote work on social media while meeting deadlines.

Lead engineering and technical operations across TV, radio, streaming and digital distribution. Ensure broadcast reliability, manage transmission facilities, master control and live production support. Direct engineering staff, staffing decisions, budgets, capital projects, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance (FCC/EAS), disaster recovery, and technology strategy emphasizing IP workflows, cloud, ATSC 3.0 and emerging media platforms.
