Sell and manage multi-platform sponsorships across radio, TV, digital, podcasts, events and community programs. Lead creation and execution of a comprehensive advancement program for WPSU, including major and mid-level gifts, planned giving, grants, membership, and corporate sponsorship. Build and manage an advancement team, establish systems and fundraising strategies, cultivate donor and institutional relationships, develop proposals and stewardship, and collaborate with WHYY and internal teams to align fundraising goals with regional priorities.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors ($5,000+). Create individualized engagement plans, maintain CRM records, develop donor proposals with colleagues, understand WHYY programs and giving vehicles, produce monthly reports, attend events and donor meetings (including occasional evenings/weekends), and support special projects.
