Field-based senior HR leader supporting multi-unit retail regions. Advise leaders, lead complex employee relations investigations, drive talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, compliance, and partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Provide employment law counsel to HR and business leaders; manage and supervise outside counsel on litigation and arbitration; draft and negotiate employment agreements and compensation programs; handle agency claims and investigations; monitor employment law developments and advise management; support resolution of disputes and other assigned legal matters.

Lead strategy and execution for customer-facing digital platforms, cloud-native eCommerce, and mobile applications. Drive modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, microservices), enforce secure standards, mentor senior leaders, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to modernize legacy systems at scale.

Manage contracts lifecycle and contract management system; assist personnel with contract processes, signing, archiving, training, and reporting; draft and edit agreements under counsel supervision; coordinate meetings and maintain trackers; support paralegals and manage special projects.

Lead and manage a team of field trainers to deliver consistent, high-quality training across stores and regions. Align training with operations priorities, ensure application in the field through coaching and observation, partner with Learning Design and Operations, monitor training effectiveness, and support rollouts of new initiatives.

Lead development and execution of retail sales strategies that drive revenue, margin, and customer experience. Design consultative selling frameworks, enable frontline teams, align cross-functionally, set KPIs, partner on compensation, embed training, leverage analytics for continuous improvement, and influence senior leadership to change behaviors and scale solutions.
