Leads strategic healthcare customer relationships for a B2B SaaS platform, owning post-sale implementation, adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, and expansion. Builds executive relationships across clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders; identifies and closes upsell and cross-sell opportunities; manages account health, forecasts, business reviews, and recovery plans. Partners cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes, product adoption, revenue retention, and scalable customer success practices.

Serves as the clinical subject matter expert supporting sales, marketing, implementation, and client growth. Designs clinically credible product demonstrations, translates patient journeys and workflows into compelling narratives, supports discovery and RFPs, conducts readiness assessments and ROI analyses, develops clinical collateral, leads training, and advises clients on quality improvement and value-based care. Requires behavioral health clinical expertise, an active license or certification, healthcare workflow knowledge, and experience in health systems or health plans.

Build and maintain full-stack behavioral health technology features and services. Responsibilities include translating team goals into technical plans, designing APIs and services, evaluating technical tradeoffs, identifying risks, contributing to architecture, collaborating with product and QA, mentoring junior engineers, and improving testing and engineering practices. The role requires C#, TypeScript, .NET, modern frontend frameworks, databases, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing experience.

Owns production reliability across AWS, Azure, and data centers. Defines SLOs and SLIs, leads incident response and postmortems, manages monitoring and infrastructure, automates repetitive work, and establishes CI/CD and safe deployment practices. Partners with security and engineering teams to maintain compliance, improve platform resilience, and support secure delivery. The role also mentors engineers and requires hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, Terraform, Docker, databases, ITIL service management, and production operations.

Build and scale NeuroFlow’s B2B SaaS demand generation engine for healthcare, developing integrated campaigns, managing the SDR function, improving lead lifecycle management and attribution, and driving qualified enterprise pipeline. The role owns campaign planning, optimization, reporting, budgets, target-account data, broker relationships, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance.

Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for NeuroFlow’s behavioral health software and services portfolio. Lead launches, solution packaging, positioning, messaging, ROI models, buyer narratives, sales assets, enablement, and post-launch measurement. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to translate clinical and technical capabilities into clear business value for healthcare providers and payers.
