Reviews projects for accuracy, clarity, legal compliance, and brand consistency; collaborates with stakeholders, resolves business-brand conflicts, meets deadlines, follows production workflows, and maintains copy archives and administrative records.

Provide friendly, efficient customer service and drive sales by greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, suggestive selling, stocking merchandise, operating the register, resolving customer issues, and supporting store goals and promotions.

Maintains confidentiality while ensuring fair, timely resolutions and adherence to federal and state employment regulations.

Leads architecture, strategy, governance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement for Five Below’s ServiceNow and broader ITSM ecosystem. Designs scalable ITSM and ITOM solutions, CMDB and service mapping models, integrations, workflows, and support experiences. Translates business needs into technical requirements, guides backlog prioritization, mentors technical teams, establishes platform standards, and ensures maintainability, compliance, data integrity, and operational adoption across enterprise systems.

Provides HR support for distribution center employees, including hourly recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, payroll timekeeping in Kronos, benefits guidance, workers’ compensation claims, background checks, employee records, safety programs, training tracking, and associate engagement events. The role also handles employee inquiries, building communications, timely paperwork, lobby management, and general administrative support for HR and site leadership.

Analyze sales and demand data, forecast inventory needs, set stock levels, develop replenishment plans, and optimize inventory across stores and warehouses. The role monitors performance, identifies overstock and slow-moving products, creates reporting and Power BI dashboards, and collaborates with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to improve inventory flow and sales results.
