Lead the architecture, planning, and execution of SAP BRIM data migration initiatives. Design migration strategies for customer, contract, subscription, billing, payment, and financial data; map and transform legacy data; oversee ETL processes, testing, reconciliation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare. Provide technical leadership, coordinate with SAP and integration teams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, maintain documentation, and mentor migration teams.

Manage and mentor CRM and full-stack developers, develop implementation roadmaps, support ERP and payment integrations, advise stakeholders, oversee documentation and testing, and implement AI-enabled customer service capabilities including chatbots, virtual assistants, Copilot, Azure AI, contact center, portal, and mobile applications.

Develops, configures, and supports SAP Convergent Mediation solutions for high-volume usage and billing event processing. Responsibilities include mediation pipelines, data transformation, event enrichment, routing, integration with SAP BRIM and external systems, performance optimization, automation, testing, production support, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires strong SAP CM development, enterprise integration, event-driven architecture, billing, scripting, SQL, troubleshooting, and high-volume transaction processing experience.
