Administer and operate SAP Business Technology Platform across global accounts and subaccounts. Manage entitlements, provisioning, IAS/IPS identity integrations, alerting, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, governance, documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise cloud operations, compliance, and disaster recovery.

Design, develop, configure, and support SAP Convergent Mediation solutions to process high-volume usage and event data. Provide SAP Treasury and FSCM functional design, configuration, testing, and support for cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt and investment management, bank integrations, and treasury reporting. Gather requirements, run workshops, produce functional specs, support integrations with FI/CO and S/4HANA, execute testing (UAT/integration/regression), and support compliance, documentation, and production support.

Lead architecture and execution of SAP BRIM data migration programs: strategy, source-to-target mapping, ETL/migration development, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support while guiding technical teams and coordinating with SAP infrastructure and integration stakeholders.

Design, develop, configure, and support SAP Convergent Charging solutions within SAP BRIM. Implement rating, pricing, contracts, mediation, integrations, performance tuning, testing, production support, and documentation while collaborating with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver scalable usage- and subscription-based billing systems.
