Support daily plant administrative operations including file and record management, report and presentation preparation, meeting coordination, internal/external communications, general clerical tasks, and continuous improvement projects; provide assistance to production, logistics, and HR as needed.

Program, build and test electrical sub-assemblies and complete machines. Configure PLCs, HMIs, drives and remote I/O, perform wiring modifications and fault finding, verify schematics, make minor software adjustments, and support customer buy-off and continuous improvement to ensure compliant, reliable machinery.

Translate customer insights and scan data into demand scenarios, guide account strategies with Sales leadership, prepare executive presentations, and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue and margin outcomes.

Support plant administrative operations by managing documents and records, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, performing data entry, assisting logistics and internal communications, implementing administrative procedures, and completing other tasks to improve plant efficiency.

Supervise and support industrial electrical and PLC control systems: diagnose and repair equipment, oversee assembly and testing of motor control devices and electrical components, develop diagrams/specifications, plan and record testing, and train and manage maintenance personnel while promoting safety and efficiency.

Manage plant maintenance and repair programs, supervise engineering/maintenance staff, oversee wastewater treatment and regulatory compliance, plan capital projects, maintain preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS, support EHS and training, provide emergency response, and manage maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.

Prepare and analyze plant financials: journal entries, GL and bank reconciliations, financial statements. Maintain accounting policies, identify and remediate control gaps, support audits, develop cost accounting, and oversee payroll and accounts payable. Requires occasional travel and occasional evening/weekend work.
