Develop territory and local partnerships, generate leads via prospecting, deliver face-to-face presentations, promote bundled and advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX), manage pipeline to exceed sales targets, and coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Sell and service local advertising accounts to meet annual sales goals. Prospect and develop new customers, prepare market research and proposals, manage schedules and contracts, maintain CRM records, support collections and sales forecasts, and collaborate across departments. Must handle variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Lead architecture and implementation of large-scale, carrier-grade distributed network software. Drive design, development, validation, deployment, and operational support; mentor engineers; troubleshoot production incidents; collaborate with QA, vendors, and partners; and monitor performance, scalability, and security.

Guide cloud-native, high-scale, low-latency system designs (Kubernetes, microservices), data/identity/measurement standards, security/privacy controls, and de-risking through ADRs and reference implementations while mentoring teams and reducing technical debt.

Lead development of scalable, secure cloud-native platforms and web applications using Go and Python. Integrate systems, improve performance, mentor engineers, drive cross-team technical initiatives, maintain documentation, ensure quality via CI/CD and observability, and operate Kubernetes-based production environments.

Sell Comcast Business bundled communications solutions to small and medium businesses through face-to-face presentations, prospecting (cold calls, canvassing, referrals), territory development, and local partnerships. Maintain customer relationships to drive retention and meet sales targets, prepare reports, collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels, and work a variable schedule including nights and weekends.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market public sector accounts, drive retention and incremental revenue, renew contracts, sell Comcast Business services (Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet), maintain customer satisfaction, escalate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales quotas and forecasts.
