Ensure accurate sales forecasts, implement best practices, and support employee development while working flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Lead the Buyer Cloud Tier-2 engineering team to ensure platform availability, performance, and operational excellence. Own incident response, RCA, release readiness, monitoring, automation, and cross-functional coordination while balancing hands-on troubleshooting, engineering initiatives, and people management.

Lead enterprise architecture for cloud-native ad tech platforms, producing solution blueprints, reference architectures, and roadmaps. Manage an engineering team building and supporting a high-scale video advertising platform. Lead full SDLC activities, review designs and code, provide technical leadership, troubleshoot production issues, document technical requirements, and collaborate with global product and operations teams.

Provide Tier-2 support for the Streaming Hub: troubleshoot customer-facing issues, maintain UI components, debug distributed systems, build automation, assist in incident response, release validation, and contribute to operational documentation and reliability improvements.

Configure Comcast Business network services by provisioning Cisco routers, Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN (Silver Peak, Fortinet), Nokia service routers and NIDs. Implement and troubleshoot IPv4/IPv6 routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, QoS and related protocols. Read network diagrams, coordinate with customers and teams, and support night-shift hybrid operations.

Responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of data platforms. Design monitoring and alerting, automate deployments and recovery, optimize storage and query performance, troubleshoot incidents, plan capacity and scaling, document operations, enforce security/compliance, and collaborate with data engineering, product, and data science teams to maintain high availability of large-scale data systems.
