Provide sales administration and support for ProAV customers: process orders in AS400, verify inventory and margins, manage shipping/returns/credits, coordinate logistics and warehouses, maintain F20/F8 records, respond to Salesforce quotes, mentor inside sales staff, act as escalation point, and support outside sales and account relationships.

Support annual merit/bonus cycles, HRIS (Dayforce) data maintenance, compliance reporting (401(k), pay equity, EEO-1), and Total Rewards projects. Provide analytical insights, maintain job/leveling frameworks, and assist audits and FMLA/classification reviews.

Provide L2/L3 administration and operational support for Windows, Active Directory, and Azure environments. Manage VMs, VNets/NSGs, backups, monitoring, hybrid identity (Entra Connect), patching, backup/restore, log analysis, and collaborate with networking, security, application, and database teams. Document configurations and follow lead architect standards.

Responsible for reviewing and approving purchase requisitions, optimizing inventory across DCs, monitoring supply plans and forecasts, conducting ad-hoc analyses, building reports/dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve procurement and planning processes.

Support major retail e-commerce accounts by managing product listings, promotions, availability, and order flow. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute launches, resolve customer issues, and optimize online merchandising while developing analytics and account management skills.
