Drive new and existing carrier revenue by selling wholesale broadband services. Meet monthly quotas, prospect and network, manage sales funnel and service delivery, prepare business cases, track financials and market trends, and support operational escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets.

Provide Tier 3 provisioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of broadband network infrastructure (Juniper, Ciena, Accedian, Nokia). Perform RFC2544 testing, RCA, config backups, upgrades, MOPs/RFCs, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure service quality and monitoring.

Serve as the primary contact for property management and boards of bulk communities to launch and retain Summit Broadband services. Manage customer experience, resolve escalations, attend community events, drive product penetration and contract renewals, use internal systems and NPS feedback, provide basic technical troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and support after-hours and travel-heavy (≈40%) regional responsibilities.
