Supervise and coach hourly marketing staff, assist with daily marketing operations, support sales & marketing administrative tasks, uphold brand and guest experience standards, and perform guest-facing duties.

Drive sales by delivering consultative presentations, leading tours, explaining product features, closing contracts, following up with members, minimizing cancellations, and mentoring peers. Maintain strong relationships, provide service, attend trainings, and work flexible hours to meet targets.

Lead end-to-end change management for large, complex enterprise initiatives. Design stakeholder assessments, readiness activities, champion networks, KPIs, and adoption monitoring. Partner with HR, communications, technology, and senior leaders to deliver culturally relevant, localized change strategies, drive associate and owner experience, and advance change management tools, frameworks, and best practices. Serve as primary change lead supporting project teams through transitions.

Sell and schedule vacation packages and sales presentations to guests onsite and at off-site locations. Provide high-level guest service, meet sales and volume goals, verify guest eligibility, and follow company standards and safety procedures. Work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays; support team goals and maintain professional interactions.

Use trained consultative sales methods to convert prospective members through presentations, resort tours, contract closing, follow-up, and member service. Collaborate with sales management to reduce cancellations, mentor peers, attend trainings and meetings, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
