Sell vacation ownership to prospective and existing owners at multiple Kauai resort sites using consultative sales processes. Manage leads, present tours and finance options, complete and notarize contracts, follow up for owner satisfaction and reload opportunities, and maintain accurate customer and contract records. Must maintain Hawaii real estate license and work weekends/holidays as required.

Sell holiday preview and regional packages via inbound/outbound calls, schedule and host virtual sales appointments, verify and activate pre-sold packages, maintain CRM records in GoldMine, perform QA and compliance calls, manage appointment schedules, and provide excellent customer service while meeting production targets.

Use trained consultative sales methods to convert prospective members through presentations, resort tours, contract closing, follow-up, and member service. Collaborate with sales management to reduce cancellations, mentor peers, attend trainings and meetings, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Assist owners and guests with property information, follow up on leads and referrals, support promotions and reloads, maintain customer records, and deliver professional guest interactions while meeting company standards.

Sell vacation products by scheduling and delivering sales presentations, managing guest expectations, and using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue. Greet and assist guests, ensure eligibility for presentations, meet sales and volume goals, work shifts including weekends/holidays, and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Ensure accurate processing and quality assurance of sales paperwork and contracts, review loan and financial documents with customers, support sales staff and guest services, resolve paperwork discrepancies, fulfill owner requests, and uphold company standards and guest experience.

Engage guests and potential owners, provide elevated customer service, present and sell trial membership packages, meet sales and volume goals, and uphold company guest experience and safety standards.

Schedule and manage sales presentations, ensure guest eligibility, deliver high-level guest service to meet sales goals, use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue, greet and assist guests, follow company policies and safety procedures, work varied shifts including weekends/holidays, and perform physical tasks; may require background and drug screening.

Make outbound and inbound calls to promote preview-package sales and tours, verify eligibility, overcome objections, upsell, check availability, update lead systems, meet targets, provide call monitoring and coaching, follow policies, and support team operations.
