Build and own the Azure cloud platform for a next-generation financial services SaaS product. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, networking, managed Azure services, CI/CD, developer environments, DevSecOps controls, identity and secrets, observability, disaster recovery, SLOs, incident response, performance, cost management, and multi-tenant isolation. The engineer will partner with application teams, establish platform standards, support customer migrations, and improve automation, self-service, documentation, and operational reliability.

Manage a portfolio of existing clients to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, lead strategic account planning and presentations, collaborate cross-functionally to support product adoption, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at events. Travel ~35% and meet assigned retention and revenue targets.

Lead day-to-day HR operations including full payroll administration, HRIS ownership and migration, compliance (I-9, ACA, FMLA), employee relations, benefits and leave administration, and HR reporting. Partner with VP HR on strategic PE-driven initiatives and process improvements in a fast-paced, lean HR function.
