The Associate Worship Pastor leads and builds worship experiences while providing musical and technical leadership. This role includes planning and organizing weekly services, recruiting and training worship teams, and offering pastoral guidance to staff and attendees during various ministerial services. An emphasis on technical skills and musical proficiency is essential, alongside effective communication and leadership abilities.

The Associate Operations Pastor coordinates campus operations, supports staff and attendees, leads volunteer teams, manages events, and oversees various operational tasks. This role includes engaging with volunteers and the community, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining facility operations. They are also responsible for the scheduling and coordination of campus activities and providing mentorship to volunteers.

The Associate Youth Pastor will support the Youth Pastor by leading the execution of the student ministry vision, developing volunteer leaders, providing pastoral care, and supporting events. Responsibilities include training, communication, and inspiring students and volunteers to grow in their faith and leadership.

The Associate LifeKids Pastor will recruit, equip, and lead a team of volunteers to provide a safe and engaging children's ministry. Responsibilities include maintaining operations, overseeing volunteer training, ensuring excellent experiences for families, and communicating with the LifeKids Pastor to meet ministry goals.
