Provide HR administrative support for hourly manufacturing staff across the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, recordkeeping, employee transactions, attendance and performance support, reporting, and compliance while partnering with production leadership on staffing and employee relations.

Lead and mentor the Engine Engineering team while hands-on designing, testing, and releasing Stirling engine systems. Plan schedules, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage deliverables, support prototyping and manufacturing launch, and drive continuous improvement and documentation quality.
