Own the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, closing, and onboarding partnership. Build provider talent networks, assess candidates for clinical and virtual-care fit, maintain applicant tracking documentation, report recruiting progress and market insights, and collaborate with Credentialing, Onboarding, Training, and Operations teams. Sources and qualifies new health system opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, campaigns, and social outreach. Uses CRM, sales engagement, market research, analytics, and ROI tools to identify virtual care prospects, support sales presentations, maintain activity records, and facilitate qualified meetings. Collaborates with marketing, field sales, subject matter experts, and leadership to develop targeting strategies, messaging, outreach cadences, and pipeline-building initiatives while meeting performance and revenue goals.

Lead a telehealth product roadmap focused on growth via strategic channel partnerships, expanded insurance acceptance, and market access. Identify, build, and scale capabilities to increase member acquisition, partner integration, and virtual care utilization. Align cross-functional teams, present strategy and business cases to executives, leverage market, payer, and data insights, and champion reimbursement and payer relationships to expand access and drive adoption.

Own full-stack features from design through deployment and maintenance. Develop PHP and Laravel backend systems, RESTful APIs, database schemas, SQL queries, algorithms, and services. Contribute to React frontend development and responsive cross-device experiences. Optimize legacy and new systems, support CI/CD and continuous deployment, mentor engineers, collaborate with product stakeholders, and participate in Agile engineering practices.

Lead reliability engineering for mission-critical Azure healthcare workloads. Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; improve observability, scalability, resilience, disaster recovery, and cloud operations. Configure monitoring and alerting, conduct incident response and postmortems, automate remediation, support security and compliance controls, and partner with engineering, product, security, and operations teams. Mentor SRE staff and help establish reliability practices across the organization.
