Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships to drive adoption, ROI, and product-led value. Lead pre-sales engagements for large enterprise accounts: design and present Sprinklr-based CX solutions, lead discovery and workshops, act as SME in Customer Experience Management, create reusable presales collateral, partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue.

Lead technical programs from planning through delivery: create project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Guide DevOps adoption and automation (CI/CD, containers, config management), collaborate with developers, sysadmins, and QA, implement monitoring/reporting, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead strategic customer success activities for enterprise clients: manage relationships, drive product adoption and ROI, create outcomes plans, track customer health, remove adoption blockers, enable self-service, advocate product enhancements, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformational programs.

Lead managed-services engagements to configure, optimize, and maintain Sprinklr clients for CCaaS omnichannel, contact center intelligence and automation. Deliver in-platform solutions, train users, identify optimizations, support sales/success teams, and ensure clients realize platform value while maintaining industry expertise.

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll prospect and generate new business opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives to drive growth in North and South America.

Lead marketing measurement and reporting for brand, content, lifecycle, customer, and product initiatives.
