The role manages four direct reports, drives a local fundraising strategy targeting $3–$4 million annually by 2030, builds employer pipelines, represents the organization externally, and aligns training initiatives with regional workforce needs.

Manage end-to-end multi-state regulatory compliance projects including licensure, VA and ETPL status, renewals, and audits. Perform regulatory research, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, map processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, interface with state agencies, and lead compliance documentation and training efforts.

Lead internal communications strategy and manage internal channels; write and edit external communications; prepare leaders for media and speaking engagements; support conference and media relations; translate complex workforce, AI, and policy topics; drive integrated communications campaigns and protect brand reputation.
