Audits tour booking files in the Dolphin system throughout the customer journey, verifying documentation, supplier confirmations, customer information, payments, regulatory compliance, and operational milestones. Identifies errors and risks, coordinates corrections with internal teams and consultants, produces quality reports, supports audits, and recommends process improvements. The role provides independent quality assurance without directly managing bookings.

Arrange domestic and international air and hotel travel for high-profile entertainment clients in a fast-paced environment. Manage reservations, exchanges, refunds, travel documents, seat assignments, upgrades, and client preferences. Respond urgently to inquiries, resolve travel issues, review bookings for accuracy, and apply airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements. Provide exceptional service to film, television, and music industry travelers, including potential after-hours on-call support.
