As a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer, you will architect and build deployment solutions, enhance CI/CD processes, and mentor a high-caliber engineering team. You will drive systems design, improve application monitoring, and foster a culture of collaboration and security within the team.

Drives occupancy and revenue growth across flexible workspace locations by managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer tours, closing new business, handling renewals, and reducing churn. Builds relationships with prospects, brokers, business development, marketing, and onsite teams. Tracks forecasts, develops sales initiatives, supports new-location launches, generates referrals, and helps achieve occupancy targets through creative sales strategies and excellent customer communication.

Own the full lifecycle of bespoke, single-tenant workplace deals across Europe: qualify client needs, source and negotiate sites with landlords/brokers, build commercial models and proposals, close transactions, and hand off to design and construction while retaining accountability through delivery. Generate pipeline when needed and document playbooks to scale the product.
