Lead Compass’s data product organization across internal enablement and external commercial products. Own product vision, strategy, P&L, monetization, value engineering, data ethics, UX quality, executive partnerships, and team development. Transform data capabilities into agent productivity tools, institutional APIs, AI training datasets, and economic research products while improving EBITDA, adoption, and infrastructure efficiency.

Leads Compass’s internal and external data product portfolios, owning product vision, strategy, P&L, monetization, value engineering, data ethics, and executive partnerships. Builds agent productivity and operational tools while commercializing aggregate data through APIs, AI training datasets, and economic research. Establishes a data-as-a-product culture, elevates visualization and UX standards, recruits product leaders, and converts the data organization into a measurable EBITDA and revenue contributor.
