Manage a portfolio of Fellows, coach and mentor entrepreneurs, co-design and facilitate fellowship curriculum and events, foster alumni and investor relationships, support data-driven program evaluation, and expand regional engagement and network-building to drive founder outcomes.

Owns program operations and logistics for the Camelback Fellowship and related founder supports, managing selection, events, stakeholder relationships, community engagement, and iterative program design to improve outcomes and scale offerings.

Lead People & Culture strategy and operations including change management, workforce planning, performance systems, equitable hiring/onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, manager enablement, and building people infrastructure for scale in a mission-driven organization.
