Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Own project plan, scope, data migration, integrations, customizations, WMS rollouts, UAT, cutover runbook, vendor coordination, and transition to internal support.

Perform month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, manage GL accounting for eCommerce, tours and retail in QuickBooks/ERP, ensure GAAP-compliant revenue and expense recognition, assist CFO with budgeting and financial reporting, support year-end close and external audit, and manage select state tax registrations.

Manage daily cash activity, enter credit card reports into the general ledger, reconcile accounts, prepare month-end journal entries and reports, research reconciling items, support audits and financial record documentation, and assist the e‑Comm Finance & Accounting Manager with GL analysis.
