Own the AWS infrastructure, deployment path, access model, and observability for a new data platform handling protected health information. Build declarative infrastructure with Terraform or CDK, implement GitOps and CI/CD, administer Kubernetes workloads, design least-privilege access, manage networking and databases, and automate operational processes including autoscaling and self-healing.

Design and build PerfectServe’s unified cloud data platform, including ingestion pipelines, integrations, data models, metrics, and consumer-facing data layers. Establish architecture, engineering, quality, and testing standards; enable safe extraction from production systems; partner with data users; and mentor data engineers. The role requires substantial cloud data platform experience, deep SQL, warehouse expertise, ELT, change-data-capture, AWS, modeling, orchestration, and data quality skills.

Build and maintain production data ingestion pipelines, transformation models, warehouses, and schemas for PerfectServe’s data platform. Deploy reliable, tested pipelines using idempotency and data-quality checks, apply dimensional and medallion modeling, participate in design reviews, and document owned pipelines and runbooks. The role requires SQL, programming experience, dbt or similar transformation tools, cloud data warehouse experience, ELT orchestration, AWS knowledge, and a strong data-testing mindset.

Designs, implements, tests, and supports clinical system integrations between hospital clients and the PerfectServe platform. Responsibilities include coding HL7 interfaces, building SSIS flat-file integrations, coordinating API integrations, validating data feeds, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting VPN, sFTP, upgrades, failover, and on-call operations. The role partners with customer technical and clinical teams and internal R&D throughout integration delivery.

Develop and maintain cross-platform React Native applications for iOS and Android. Translate designs into responsive code, integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs, debug platform-specific issues, participate in code reviews, write basic tests, and collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams under senior engineer guidance.

Provide Tier 1 technical support for healthcare communication and scheduling applications. Handle phone, chat, and portal requests; troubleshoot message delivery, content, connectivity, and configuration issues; manage user accounts; educate end users; configure workflows; and collaborate with hospital IT, customer success, integration, and technical teams on escalations. This is a fully remote role supporting a 24/7/365 operation with day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts with guidance from senior automation team members. Create and execute test cases, plans, and scenarios based on requirements. Alternate between manual validation and automation according to delivery needs. Build expertise in automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Provides tier-three technical support for SaaS healthcare customers, resolving escalated issues and managing complex configuration changes. Partners with account teams and clients to optimize clinical workflows, improve adoption, train users, analyze reports, document solutions, and communicate product feedback. Requires strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with occasional travel under 10%.
