Own product lifecycle, technical roadmap, operational excellence, developer experience, and executive stakeholder communication to deliver scalable, cloud-native, data-driven SaaS solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Plan, execute, and optimize consumer advertising campaigns across channels (Ingram iD, Walmart, Meta, Google). Monitor performance, report results to stakeholders, manage campaign inventory, and support development of revenue-generating marketing programs.

Provide HR support for a manufacturing site including staffing, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and leave (FMLA/LOA) coordination, employee relations escalation, reporting, and process improvement to ensure compliant recordkeeping and strong customer service.

Review and validate new Lightning Source and IngramSpark accounts and titles to ensure content integrity and fraud mitigation. Coordinate automated account setups, manage quarantines and partner reports, communicate with clients and cross-functional teams, monitor catalog quality, and suggest process improvements.

Provide sales and administrative support to national account and cross-brand sales teams: prepare title lists and sell-in materials, assist account managers, support digital merchandising planning, liaise with client services, and produce routine sales reporting for VP of Sales.
