Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, actuarial, clinical, compliance, network strategy, and commercial teams while guiding product value, adoption, and client ROI.

Lead enterprise AI/ML engineering transformation by designing and scaling solutions with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks. Establish AI development lifecycle standards, responsible AI governance, security and compliance controls, and cloud-native architecture. Leads enterprise analytics strategy and insight generation across Optum Rx. Oversees scalable analytics, AI, automation, governance, and business intelligence initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, revenue, and client outcomes. Partners with executive stakeholders across clinical, finance, technology, formulary, and rebate functions. Establishes prioritization and performance processes, champions responsible AI adoption, and leads multifaceted teams while developing organizational capabilities and strategic roadmaps.

Supports definition and delivery of provider-facing healthcare products embedded in EHR platforms.
