Ensure code quality through Agile/Scrum delivery, unit and integration testing, code reviews, documentation, and engineering design specifications. Optimize application performance, database queries, caching, response times, logging, and troubleshooting while applying security fundamentals and enabling CI/CD.

Supports Optum Health financial planning and analysis, including month-end close, forecasting, long-range modeling, annual operating plans, earnings reporting, and financial variance analysis. Prepares management reports, presentations, and board materials; communicates financial drivers and insights; maintains models; and improves finance processes in partnership with FP&A, controllership, and corporate teams.

Supports capital finance and enterprise investment decisions through financial analysis, capital planning, forecasting, budget modeling, business-case development, variance analysis, portfolio performance tracking, and benefit realization. Partners with business, technology, and finance leaders, prepares executive reports and recommendations, and supports capital governance, funding approvals, and investment committee processes.

Lead a large engineering organization to design, pilot, and roll out reference architectures and AI-ready data platform capabilities. Build and operate cloud-native data pipelines, feature and vector stores, observability and governance standards, and mentor senior technical leaders while driving enterprise-wide architectural modernization.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations to consolidate, transform, and prepare large datasets for analytics and ML. Enforce best practices, data governance, monitoring, and support while collaborating with business and analytics teams to improve data quality and enable insight-driven decisions.

Design, build, and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and call routing. Implement backend integrations using AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js/Java), use version control, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support migration from Genesys to AWS Connect and improve routing strategies.

Designs, implements, and maintains cloud infrastructure across Azure and Kubernetes environments. Develops Terraform infrastructure as code, builds CI/CD pipelines, and automates Datadog observability dashboards, monitors, and alerts. Collaborates with development and security teams on compliance and cloud security, while monitoring infrastructure costs and implementing optimization measures. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires strong cloud, container orchestration, and infrastructure engineering expertise.
