Leads a portfolio of financial institution loyalty and rewards implementations from planning through launch. Owns governance, schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, stakeholder alignment, partner coordination, product and development requirements, and executive reporting. Drives cross-functional accountability across Operations, Product, Technology, Support, and external partners while improving implementation processes for scalability, predictability, and quality.

Lead the design and evolution of the data platform, including real-time and batch CDC pipelines, Snowflake warehouse architecture, infrastructure as code, reporting infrastructure, data quality monitoring, and scalable data models. Establish standards for incremental processing, late-arriving data, and schema evolution while mentoring engineers and making technical architecture decisions.
