The Senior Enterprise New Logo Account Executive leads acquisition of new enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships, focusing on high-value customers.

Identify and qualify enterprise accounts, conduct outbound outreach, generate qualified leads, and set meetings for Account Executives. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Marketing, track activity in Salesforce, and maintain long-term prospect engagement while following security and privacy protocols.

Drive Jamf's Benelux growth through channel partners: develop and execute channel plans, deliver partner programs and sales readiness, maintain C-level partner relationships, collaborate with sales/marketing/PS, run partner campaigns and events, generate pipeline, and meet quota. Role is hybrid in Amsterdam with significant travel across Benelux.

Lead planning, coordination, and reporting for cross-functional, high-impact projects. Build and roll out a repeatable project management framework, own backlogs and project boards, measure adoption and outcomes, and drive collaboration and accountability across distributed teams.

Design and build end-to-end features across backend and frontend: Java/Spring Boot microservices on Kubernetes/AWS, TypeScript Lambda functions, React/Angular micro-frontends, Terraform infra, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and observability with CloudWatch, Prometheus/Thanos, and Grafana (Python). Collaborate on architecture and testing.

Owner of post-sale customer relationships for a book of business, driving adoption of Jamf SaaS solutions, managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, running strategic reviews, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to achieve retention and customer outcomes.

Lead development of the Jamf Insights web application, design and implement features in a microservice architecture, build and test APIs, troubleshoot performance, produce designs, complete work end-to-end, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders across Product, Cloud, and Support.

Lead and develop the APAC Customer Success team to drive onboarding, product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Own staffing, training, resource management, reporting, cross-functional alignment, and escalation handling while improving processes, metrics, and customer outcomes. Travel internationally 20–40% as required.
