Leads Jamf’s global Talent Acquisition strategy, operations, workforce planning, employer branding, vendor relationships, analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting initiatives. Manages a multilayer international recruiting team, advises executives and hiring managers, supports technical and enterprise sales hiring, oversees ATS strategy, partners with Finance and Compensation, and guides recruiting through organizational change. The role requires global workforce planning, technical recruiting expertise, employment-law knowledge, and executive-level talent strategy leadership.

Leads complex, cross-functional business intelligence initiatives from strategy and scoping through delivery. Partners with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to build scalable data products and actionable insights. Establishes standards for metrics, data modeling, governance, quality, and storytelling; designs data infrastructure using modern tools such as dbt. Drives data literacy, mentors analysts, contributes to analytics roadmaps, and ensures data assets are trusted, discoverable, secure, and fit for executive decision-making.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies to acquire new Jamf customers, manage full sales cycles, build pipeline, present solutions to executives, and close business. Partner with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, channel partners, and Apple to deliver solution-focused sales conversations. Forecast sales activity and revenue, meet targets, and build trusted customer relationships using Jamf’s sales technology stack.

Operate and improve production services by implementing SLOs, error budgets, observability, automation, tooling, and technical documentation. Investigate incidents across application, data, infrastructure, and network layers; participate in on-call support; improve performance and eliminate toil using automation and AI agents. Collaborate across engineering, product, customer success, and support teams, provide technical escalation, mentor engineers, and contribute to reliability design and shared AI practices.

Lead agile teams to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade software and agentic workflows that act on production systems. Mentor others, produce designs, enforce guardrails (blast-radius, rollback, CI gates), integrate LLM APIs and agentic frameworks, and prioritize security, vulnerability management, observability, and quality across deployments.

Support sales across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education as the technical lead: run tailored demos, manage POCs/trials, enable partners, present at events, train teams, maintain CRM activity, recommend Jamf/Apple MDM solutions, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and enablement. Role is field-based with autonomy and up to 50% travel across EMEIA.

Identify and qualify enterprise accounts, perform outbound prospecting via email/phone/LinkedIn/events, generate qualified leads and meetings, collaborate with Key Account Managers and Marketing, and track activity in Salesforce while maintaining long-term prospect engagement.

Act as the technical voice in sales, run tailored demos, support PoCs, enable partners, represent Jamf at events, maintain CRM updates, and recommend Jamf-based solutions across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education.

Own a portfolio of strategic educational SaaS accounts, guiding executive stakeholders through onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Build trusted relationships, lead business reviews, establish customer Centers of Excellence, track success metrics, mitigate risks, and advocate for customer needs cross-functionally. Provide expert guidance on Jamf solutions, Apple ecosystems, enterprise IT workflows, and deployment strategies.

Own and deliver macOS and iOS security applications using Swift and Apple Network Extension frameworks. Lead projects end to end, diagnose production incidents, improve observability and testing, review agent-produced code, contribute to technical direction, and mentor engineers. The role spans content filtering, ZTNA, shared Swift packages, release infrastructure, and operational support for Jamf Trust.
