The Account Executive generates new business, manages customer relationships, conducts consultative discovery, develops proposals and pricing, presents security solutions, closes accounts, and achieves sales goals. The role maintains pipeline forecasts, transitions sold projects to internal teams, supports implementation, expands client partnerships, and collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Frequent client-site travel and driving are required.

Designs integrated electronic security and life-safety systems, including access control, fire alarm, video surveillance, intrusion, and networking solutions. Provides pre- and post-sales technical support, conducts site surveys, prepares layouts, wiring diagrams, riser diagrams, bills of materials, estimates, specifications, and submittals. Supports troubleshooting, vendor relationships, permit reviews, documentation, ERP updates, and staff training. Requires occasional travel to client sites.
