Serve as a site HR generalist and strategic partner supporting leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle. Lead talent management, leadership development, employee relations investigations, performance and succession planning, compliance with local regulations, and People projects. Drive process improvements, onboarding/offboarding, and global HR initiatives to enhance employee experience in a matrix, global organization.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, implement integrations via SOAP/REST/Bulk APIs, write unit tests, participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, deploy via Git-based CI/CD, and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.

The Senior Data Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and enterprise data platforms. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, analyzing customer and commercial data, building dashboards and reporting solutions, developing SQL and Python data transformations, managing pipelines, integrating enterprise systems, and establishing data governance and quality standards.

Supports Dublin Distribution Centre and EMEA supply chain performance through reporting, KPI analysis, inventory and demand support, order-fulfilment investigations, ERP and data-quality analysis, and continuous improvement. The role monitors delivery, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, transportation and order-processing issues; prepares dashboards and management reports; supports compliance documentation; and coordinates corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

Troubleshoots equipment, develops procedures and material specifications, qualifies suppliers, and supports new product transfers. Collaborates with Quality Assurance on root cause investigations and corrective actions. Manages multiple engineering projects, schedules, equipment procurements, validation protocols, and Engineering Change Orders while ensuring compliance with cGMP and applicable regulatory standards.

Supports month-end close through journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, royalty and rebate calculations, and accounts receivable and payable activities. Prepares audit documentation, researches discrepancies, improves accounting processes and documentation, explores automation opportunities, collaborates cross-functionally, and provides backup support to accounting staff.

Partners with regional leaders across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux to align people strategies with business goals. Coaches leaders, manages talent and performance processes, strengthens engagement and culture, leads complex employee relations matters, ensures employment-law compliance, supports organisational design and workforce planning, and delivers regional and global HR initiatives and continuous improvements.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native, microservices backend systems that power AI-enabled features (LLM assistants, RAG pipelines, recommendations). Build scalable REST and event-driven APIs, establish MLOps practices, ensure reliability/security/observability, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, scientific, and infrastructure teams to productionize AI services in regulated scientific environments.

The Staff Systems Engineer will lead systems engineering initiatives for analytical instruments, focusing on requirements development, integration, testing, and project management while mentoring junior engineers.
