The role also requires compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 11, collaboration with scientists and engineers, and onsite work three days weekly in Wallingford, Connecticut.

Designs and develops analytical instruments, accessories, mechanical components, assemblies, mechanisms, and fixtures. Responsibilities include concept feasibility, prototyping, documentation, design reviews, manufacturability optimization, manufacturing transfer, vendor collaboration, product support, and compliance with applicable standards. Requires hands-on mechanical design experience, SolidWorks and PDM proficiency, knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes, and experience selecting motors, transmissions, and sensors. Preferred experience includes life sciences instrumentation, microfluidics, opto-mechanical systems, fluidics, automation, and inspection equipment.

Coordinates product logistics, including order entry, receiving, inspection, storage, labeling, inventory control, shipping documentation, and domestic and international distribution. Communicates with customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate imports and exports while maintaining shipping supplies and compliance with company safety and quality procedures.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, implement integrations via SOAP/REST/Bulk APIs, write unit tests, participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, deploy via Git-based CI/CD, and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated tests for instrument software, web, desktop, API, data pipeline, analytics, and AI-enabled applications. Builds automation frameworks, test data, environments, mocks, and simulators; integrates tests into CI workflows; investigates defects; reviews requirements for testability; executes verification plans under quality-system requirements; and collaborates with engineering, scientific, product, and quality teams.

Plans, executes, monitors, and closes multiple research and development projects within Bio-Techne’s Reagent Solutions Division. Defines scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, budgets, and communication plans; coordinates cross-functional teams; manages risks, roadblocks, changes, and corrective actions; tracks quality and progress; maintains project documentation; and reports outcomes to stakeholders.

Supports Dublin Distribution Centre and EMEA supply chain performance through reporting, KPI analysis, inventory and demand support, order-fulfilment investigations, ERP and data-quality analysis, and continuous improvement. The role monitors delivery, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, transportation and order-processing issues; prepares dashboards and management reports; supports compliance documentation; and coordinates corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
