Investigate and resolve global B2B customer issues across the order-to-cash journey, including orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, credits, and disputes. The role identifies root causes, coordinates with cross-functional teams, communicates with customers and stakeholders, and supports process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Designs and leads enterprise identity and access management architecture across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include developing IAM blueprints and roadmaps, integrating authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access solutions, evaluating platforms, supporting zero-trust and compliance initiatives, coordinating with cybersecurity and engineering teams, managing vendors, and providing technical leadership for identity-related incident response. The role also defines IAM effectiveness metrics and evaluates emerging technologies such as passwordless authentication and AI-driven access decisions.

Administer and monitor the Nexthink platform, including platform health, collector deployments, data quality, dashboards, automated actions, and remediation workflows. Maintain compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures. The role also supports Microsoft PC configuration and troubleshooting, networking, and security protocols in a corporate manufacturing environment.

Manage national accounts within the retail channel (Office distributors & Big W) to deliver sales, margin and pricing targets. Develop and execute customer and joint business plans, optimize ranging and distribution, manage rebates and MDF, analyze data to identify growth, and collaborate with marketing, field sales and supply teams.

Generate new B2B business through outbound prospecting, cold calling and pipeline management; qualify and close opportunities; collaborate with field sales, marketing and technical teams; use CRM (Salesforce) for activity tracking and forecasting. On-site in Bracknell with occasional travel supporting field sales.
