Provides comprehensive administrative support to Electronics Business executives, including calendar management, domestic and international travel, expense processing, meeting coordination, correspondence, databases, distribution lists, SharePoint, onboarding, invoices, and special projects. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with distribution teams, and sharing sales best practices.

Develops and optimizes coating processes for adhesives, films, tapes, and functional materials from laboratory and pilot scales through manufacturing transfer. Evaluates materials, substrates, drying, thickness uniformity, defects, yield, and process stability; conducts trials, data analysis, root cause investigations, equipment introductions, and scale-up activities. Collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, quality, engineering, business, global teams, operators, and customers while preparing technical reports and promoting safe, practical solutions.
