Outside sales role building relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and instructors to present USCCA membership, educate prospects, and close memberships using consultative sales. Own territory pipeline, prospecting and nurturing accounts, deliver presentations often evenings/weekends, travel ~70% within territory, complete a required paid 5-week training, and provide outstanding member experience.

Produce and edit short- and long-form video across social, YouTube, advertising, training, and member channels. Manage full production lifecycle: concept, filming (studio/on-location), audio/lighting, editing, motion graphics, color/audio finishing, delivery, and AI-enabled workflows. Maintain assets, templates, and collaborate with creative and stakeholder teams while meeting deadlines and brand standards.
