Responsibilities include monitoring HR metrics, addressing employee requests and grievances, conducting investigations, supporting corrective actions, maintaining compliant HR procedures and policies, auditing employee records, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role requires strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, multitasking, labor law knowledge, and at least two years of HR experience.

Lead and improve four specialty security programs (Shift Supervisor Operations, Badging, VIP Concierge, Special Events). Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational excellence, manage staffing and logistics, train and mentor personnel, maintain equipment readiness, conduct incident management and after-action reviews, and drive continuous performance improvements.

Monitor and respond to emergency alarm signals from a 24/7 Security Operations Center; verify alarms, notify authorities, troubleshoot security systems, process calls, provide technical support, maintain logs, and follow company procedures to ensure building and customer security.
