Designs and maintains SQL databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, data models, and reporting datasets across healthcare and operational systems. Owns source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, data quality, performance optimization, monitoring, incident response, practice onboarding, and production documentation. Supports Tableau dashboards and AI/ML data enablement while coordinating with application, automation, product, vendor, and business teams.

Manages end-to-end client-facing technology projects, including planning, execution, tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk resolution, reporting, and delivery. Oversees development activities, requirements, defects, releases, and dependencies while maintaining PMO documentation. Facilitates meetings, supports client presentations, monitors project performance, and contributes to governance, audits, process improvement, and standardization initiatives.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of healthcare revenue cycle management products covering eligibility, claims, payments, denials, and posting. Lead technical product ownership across .NET, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, payer platforms, EHRs, and practice management systems. Partner with engineering, RCM operations, billing, enrollment, denial management, and compliance teams to deliver scalable integrations and improve revenue realization.

Prepares, validates, reconciles, and quality-checks operational reports, dashboards, and management information outputs. Verifies source data, calculations, formatting, and consistency across systems; identifies anomalies and coordinates corrections. Maintains reporting documentation and quality-control procedures while improving validation processes, automating repetitive checks, and ensuring accurate, timely report delivery.
