Build and maintain B2B dealership relationships, train personnel on Vitu, provide DMV and platform support, conduct compliance audits, monitor errors and licenses, resolve complex registration issues, and ensure dealerships follow EVR, RIA, and DMV procedures.

Performs document filing, scanning, mail sorting, data entry, and quality control while maintaining accuracy during repetitive, high-volume work. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn new technologies. The role is onsite, Monday through Friday, with occasional mandatory overtime. A high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.
