Lead end-to-end embedded software development for autonomous and semi-autonomous tactical drones. Design and implement production-ready C/C++ software for real-time embedded systems, Embedded Linux platforms, kernels, device drivers, hardware integration, networking, and communication buses. Support hardware bring-up, field deployments, troubleshooting, code reviews, performance optimization, and security improvements while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Designs, validates, deploys, and maintains electrical manufacturing test systems for PCBAs, wiring harnesses, and subsystems. Responsibilities include test fixture ownership, schematic and PCBA layout design, contract manufacturer coordination, production test implementation, data analysis, yield improvement, quality-system development, and continuous improvement. The role also supports component-risk mitigation, PCBA manufacturing processes, embedded test hardware, and high-volume production scaling for tactical unmanned aerial systems.

Provide legal counsel supporting U.S. and foreign government contracts, commercial agreements, business development, intellectual property, licensing, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Advise executives and cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting technology, AI, data security, and global trade. The role requires a U.S. law degree, active state bar membership, five or more years of experience, Secret clearance eligibility, and up to 20% travel.

Lead verification and validation testing for autonomous small unmanned aerial systems, from component acceptance through full system lifecycle and flight testing. Develop test plans, procedures, schedules, reports, and traceable strategies; lead readiness reviews, data analysis, failure investigations, and root-cause analyses. Coordinate multidisciplinary test campaigns and improve test methodologies. Partner with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to develop test fixtures and tools for laboratory, ground, and flight testing.
