The role involves providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and occasionally in-person communication. You will assist customers with their inquiries, manage their requests, and contribute to the operations of the company. The ideal candidate is motivated by sustainability and customer support.

Lead and develop an 8-person enterprise account management team to onboard, retain and grow large B2B2C salary-sacrifice customers. Drive account planning, stakeholder mapping, commercial negotiation, KPIs, reporting, and playbook development while partnering cross-functionally to improve service, resolve escalations, and deliver portfolio growth.

Support evaluation, execution and management of renewable energy investments: financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction support, Investment Committee materials, portfolio monitoring, and market research. Six-month full-time internship based in Singapore.

Engage customers face-to-face at venues to promote Octopus Energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies (solar, heat pumps, EVs). Compare services with competitors, help customers make informed switching decisions, deliver outstanding customer service, collaborate with the team, and travel to multiple local venues.

The Solutions Architect will define integration strategies for financial systems, assess current systems, propose solutions, and collaborate with teams to ensure technical fitness and scalability.

Lead and optimise the data platform architecture, coach and grow the data team, build and maintain production data pipelines and sources (APIs, SQL/NoSQL, parquet), implement ML infrastructure and MLOps, deliver data engineering projects with stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate back-end databases.

Sell personal contract hire (PCH) EV leases to consumers: manage end-to-end sales pipeline, explain regulated finance clearly, acquire new customers, track orders, deliver excellent sales and after-sales service, and contribute to team targets and product evolution.

Drive FP&A for a high-growth electric vehicle leasing business: maintain cashflow and 3-statement models, write and optimise SQL in Databricks, ensure data quality, produce variance analysis and dashboards, deliver ad-hoc analysis for the CFO and partner with Tech/Product to improve forecasting.
