Responsibilities include continuous delivery, technical design, code reviews, testing, observability, incident management, debugging, and documentation. The role involves Python, PostgreSQL, Celery, APIs, distributed services, and collaboration across engineering, hardware, product, operations, and data teams.

Lead and develop an 8-person enterprise account management team to onboard, retain and grow large B2B2C salary-sacrifice customers. Drive account planning, stakeholder mapping, commercial negotiation, KPIs, reporting, and playbook development while partnering cross-functionally to improve service, resolve escalations, and deliver portfolio growth.

Process funding batches, validate bank transactions and cash movements, liaise with external funders, investigate and resolve discrepancies, perform reconciliations and audit requests, and maintain compliance with financial controls.

Lead and optimise the data platform architecture, coach and grow the data team, build and maintain production data pipelines and sources (APIs, SQL/NoSQL, parquet), implement ML infrastructure and MLOps, deliver data engineering projects with stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate back-end databases.
