Regional Sales Manager responsible for achieving territory revenue and booking targets, developing sales and channel strategies, retaining existing accounts, acquiring new industrial customers, and managing major customer relationships. Duties include prospecting, qualifying applications, presenting and closing equipment proposals, collecting payments, coordinating technical details, training sales teams, forecasting, reporting, and traveling extensively within the assigned region.

Provides technical and commercial support during project execution and collaborates with global technical and project teams. Requires significant EPC experience and travel up to 50%.

Leads multiple complex, cross-functional industrial projects from requirements gathering through completion. Establishes scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and documentation; manages risks, issues, changes, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Tracks project performance, costs, and timelines while coordinating Sales, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Production, management, and customers. Supports technical document reviews, continuous improvement of project management processes, and adherence to document control procedures.

Provides financial leadership for a business platform, overseeing planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, working capital, capital allocation, and performance reporting. Partners with platform and executive leaders on financial strategies, productivity initiatives, operating reviews, and M&A projects. The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606, project accounting, and financial modeling, with domestic and international travel up to 50%.
