Leads Mission Control operations supporting remotely monitored robotic weld cells across a customer fleet. Owns 24/7 staffing and shift coverage, manages specialists and production planning, handles customer escalations, monitors robotic fleet execution, coordinates issue resolution, develops rollout and change-management processes, and partners with engineering, product, maintenance, and customer success teams to reduce downtime and escalations.

Manage global supplier sourcing, relationships, capacity, quality, costs, contracts, purchase orders, and component strategy for robotics hardware. Lead RFQs, should-cost modeling, negotiations, DFM reviews, supplier validation, production ramp, and cross-functional programs from prototype through mass production. Oversee supply availability, procurement processes, invoicing, compliance documentation, and strategic decisions including multisourcing, vertical integration, and outsourcing.

Lead and develop a mechanical engineering team designing robotic hardware, sensing end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and electromechanical systems. Own technical strategy, resource planning, design reviews, cross-functional integration, prototyping, testing, validation, production release, and deployment. Partner with robotics, software, ML, electrical engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable hardware and resolve field issues.

Serve as the strategic HR partner to Operations, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, deployment, and field service teams. Lead talent and performance reviews, workforce planning, organizational design, manager coaching, employee development, and complex employee relations investigations. Advise on non-exempt workforce practices, wage and hour compliance, attendance, scheduling, leave administration, and employee classification. Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to improve programs and support organizational growth.

Leads the customer success team and establishes a standardized customer lifecycle from contract signature through renewal. Owns customer experience during factory acceptance testing, executive business reviews, adoption, retention, escalations, and performance reporting. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Mission Control on roadmap priorities, quality issues, part introductions, and engineering changes. Supports renewals and upsells using validated manufacturing performance data while serving as the customer’s internal advocate.

Prospect and qualify potential customers through research, cold outreach, social media, and industry events. Nurture leads, maintain the sales pipeline, collaborate with Account Executives, support marketing campaigns, and communicate Path Robotics’ robotics and automation solutions. Provide prospect feedback and help improve sales strategies and pipeline quality.

Drive revenue growth across the Northeast territory by managing complex sales cycles from lead generation through close. Build strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders, understand manufacturing and robotics needs, tailor solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, provide market feedback to product teams, and mentor junior team members. The role uses the Challenger sales methodology and focuses on enterprise accounts and AI-driven robotic solutions.
