As a Regional Partner Manager, you'll lead Notion's partner ecosystem in France, building relationships, driving revenue, and executing go-to-market strategies for VARs and cloud partners while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Lead and scale technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design teams while integrating AI tools to enhance recruitment processes and strategies.

Own end-to-end recruiting analytics: build trusted dashboards and pipelines (funnel, conversion, time-to-fill, capacity), create headcount and velocity models, define core metrics, drive pipeline reviews with actionable recommendations, partner with Recruiting and Finance to remove bottlenecks, and use AI to accelerate analysis and QA.

Provide product-focused legal counsel for Notion's AI features and partnerships, including model reviews, vendor and data licensing agreements, regulatory monitoring, and customer-facing AI questions. Build contracting playbooks, scalable AI legal operating models, and cross-functional trust with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and GTM to enable responsible, fast AI product launches.

The role focuses on improving the startup customer journey, managing onboarding, and creating engagement programs. It involves cross-functional collaboration, tracking performance metrics, and enhancing customer experience.

Lead end-to-end concepting and execution of integrated brand campaigns that translate product value into compelling narratives. Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and Growth to plan media, define KPIs, manage briefs and timelines, analyze performance, and ensure cohesive brand expression across regions. Drive seasonal campaigns, feature-led programs, and special brand activations to build awareness, drive conversion, and reinforce Notion's AI-connected workspace positioning.
